Q: What is a VISA® Check Card and how does it work?
A:
The VISA® Check Card and the Premium VISA® Check Card offer the convenience of an ATM card and a check book rolled into one. In addition to all the traditional ATM features, you can use the card instead of writing a check or even for a cash advance. The cards can be used anywhere you see the VISA symbol.
The VISA® Check Card has a $1,000 limit for debit purchases, a $2,000 limit for cash advances and credit card purchases, and a $500 limit for ATM transactions.
The Premium VISA® Check Card has a $2,500 limit for debit purchases, a $3,000 limit for cash advances and credit card purchases, and a $1,000 limit for ATM transactions.
Q: What should I do if my Check Card is lost or stolen?
A: If your VISA Check Card is lost or stolen, notify us immediately by calling 1-800-648-4262 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. If you discover the problem After Hours or over the weekend, call 1-800-236-2442.

A: No. You can establish a line of credit with Orion Bank by simply providing us with a few basic documents and we'll take care of the rest. With a Home Equity Line of Credit, you can borrow up to 80% of the appraised value of your home. Q: How secure is Online Banking?
A: Online Banking employs security at two levels: control of access to your accounts and security of transmission over the Internet. Account access security is accomplished by the use of your personal access codes such as your User ID and Password. Transmission security is achieved by requiring the use of a browser that includes the highest level of encryption, or data encoding available.
Q: I have forgotten my password. What do I do?
A: If you have forgotten your passwords for Online Banking, E-Statement or Bill Pay, please call our Customer Service Center at 1-800-648-4262 Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and a representative will be happy to reset it for you.
Q: I'm unable to log in to my account. What can I do?
A: Our online banking system is designed for your protection and privacy. If you have attempted to log in three times without success, you will need to contact our Customer Service Center at 1-800-648-4262 Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. and a representative will be happy to reset your access code. Q: What is Online Banking?
A: Online Banking is a free service for Orion Bank Personal Banking customers that lets you bank online from anywhere you have internet Access. You can check account balances, transfer funds, view images of posted checks, order checks, and more.
Q: What is Online Bill Pay?
A: Orion Bank's Online Bill Pay allows you to pay your bills securely and conveniently. You can schedule payments for a single occurrence or to be paid automatically at regular intervals. Online Bill Pay is available at no additional cost for customers with select Personal Checking Package accounts and for a nominal fee for all other checking accounts.
